Questo è il rifugio perfetto per la persona/coppia che vorrebbe meditare, leggere tranquillamente o scrivere con passione. Questo spazio, mantenuto con amore, è fuori dai sentieri battuti. Un lato è vicino al retro dell'area di Taos Indian Pueblo, e a nord-est si trova l'Eagle Nest Lake State Park. Il tratto finale per raggiungere la baita è accidentato; non ci sono TV o wifi, ma la brezza tra gli alberi che proviene dalle colline è piacevole e c'è pochissimo traffico.
