Casa con 3 camere da letto, vasca idromassaggio, bagno turco, sauna. Zona tranquilla. A 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Tartu. La casa dispone di asciugamani da sauna per 12 persone. Macchina da caffè riempita di chicchi. Stoviglie per 20 persone. Cucina all'aperto con tutti gli accessori necessari per grigliare. Forno per affumicare, forno per barbecue e griglia normale. Ci sono campi da basket, calcio e pallavolo (ci sono anche le palle). Un bel posto per accendere un fuoco. C'è un sentiero escursionistico nel bosco. Sul lato della casa c'è un piccolo stagno dove si può nuotare.
