Avrai molto spazio a disposizione e un cortile con gazebo all'aperto. Questo posto è la zona più tranquilla della città. La baita è realizzata con materiali naturali, legno, acciaio, mattoni e vetro. Tutti gli accessori della baita, i mobili, le luci e gli interni sono fatti a mano. Nessun suono ti disturberà. Io e la mia famiglia ti ospiteremo e ti aiuteremo in tutto ciò che desideri. La baita si trova a 1,5 km dal centro città.

Benvenuti a casa nostra :) Al piano terra troverete la vostra zona con bagno separato, cucina, camere da letto e cantina :) Vivo con mia moglie Lika al secondo piano. Vi invito nel nostro giardino per assaggiare vino fatto in casa o barbecue. Se lo desiderate, potete fare un giro con le nostre biciclette ed esplorare la nostra cittadina. Se necessario, posso incontrarvi all'aeroporto di Kutaisi, e mostrarvi anche tutte le attrazioni della regione.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.
