Bienvenue dans notre charmante maisonnette entre Beauce et Perche, dépendance de 38m² de notre maison principale. Profitez d'un jardin indépendant et garez votre voiture sur notre emplacement privé. À moins de 30 kms de Chartres et à 5 kms de la gare de Courville-sur-Eure (ligne Paris-Montparnasse), vous êtes ici en pleine nature, propice au calme et au repos. Sur demande, nous aurons le plaisir de vous proposer un petit-déjeuner fait maison et avec des produits locaux (12,5€/pers). A bientôt :)

Ce séjour marque une véritable pause, où vous aurez la chance de côtoyer les Chevaux, en liberté dans le Domaine, ainsi que la Faune Sauvage, très présente. Poussez les portes de ce lieu et accédez à un véritable dépaysement et enchantement. À seulement 1h de Paris, sur l’axe de la capitale, Caen et Deauville. En accès direct de la gare et des commerces de proximité, à pied. Situé sur un chemin de GR ✨

Venez vous détendre ou télétravailler en pleine nature ! Spacieuse, très confortable, la maison peut accueillir 7 personnes, plus un enfant. Elle est située à 900 m du centre-bourg, dans un hameau de 3 maisons en bordure de forêt, et permet de rejoindre les commerces de proximité (boulangeries, pharmacie...) à pied, et de partir direct en balade dans la forêt de Perche Trappe. Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Our lovely house is near to the golf of the Castle of the Battlefield of Le Neubourg, 25 kms from Rouen, 50 kms from Honfleur and the garden of Giverny (painter Monet) an near to all conveniences. On the leisure side : two bicycles at your disposal to discover the green lane for a stroll on the Normand heritage. You will appreciate our house for its calm, its charm, and the nature surroundings. Perfect place for a romantic or family escape (with 2 small children)

Notre maison est dans la campagne Normande, dans Le Perche, dans la nature, proche des forêts, des haras, de deux bases nautiques (Soligny-La-Trappe et Mêle-sur-Sarthe), des manoirs du Perche, d'une abbaye trappiste, de clubs équestres. Vous apprécierez cette maison de famille pour son calme, son confort moderne (elle a été complètement restaurée) et son charme ancien. La maison est parfaite pour les familles avec enfants, y compris bébé.

Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.
