La baita si trova sul canale del bordo della parte settentrionale del lago. Questa è l'unica comunità condominiale in legno in Florida. Puoi pescare dal molo, portare o noleggiare una barca e parcheggiarla proprio nel tuo cortile: i moli sono in ordine di arrivo. La struttura vanta anche uno scivolo per barche, che è ad uso di tutti i residenti e ospiti della comunità.
