Benvenuto a Casa Victoria! Goditi il nostro ampio cortile di 1/2 acri, la terrazza con grandi alberi e la piscina privata interrata, tutto all'interno di un'area recintata privata. Lavora comodamente in due postazioni e goditi quattro smart TV. La cucina completamente attrezzata, l'ampio bagno, la sala giochi per bambini, il tavolo da gioco e da puzzle e l'ampio vialetto aggiungono praticità. Per dormire ci sono un letto matrimoniale, due letti a una piazza e mezza, due letti singoli, un futon e un comodo divano. Non vediamo l'ora di ospitarvi.

Di proprietà e gestione familiare, la Savannah House è utilizzata e amata dalla nostra famiglia da oltre 40 anni. Recentemente è stata completamente rinnovata, con tutti i comfort moderni e un design ampio e lussuoso. Situata vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Caffè in dotazione. Articoli da toeletta di base e asciugamani extra forniti. Casa adatta alle famiglie, ma attenzione, la casa ha oggetti fragili.

Questa minicasa unica e pittoresca, situata a pochi minuti dalla città, ti piacerà sicuramente. La posizione appartata offre molte viste rilassanti pur essendo vicino alla città. All'arrivo, sarai accolto da arredi di buon gusto e sistemazioni confortevoli per rendere il tuo soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Nelle notti più fresche, goditi il focolare e la tranquilla campagna. Per una serata al cinema, goditi il vino e una cena con una cucina completamente attrezzata e internet in fibra ultraveloce!

Our guests enjoy privacy of our bunkhouse. Living rm/shower/toilet and lav are downstairs. One twin bed and a futon in 'standing room' loft. Queen bed in private bedroom. WIFY and Roku/Hulu. Breakfast fixings: coffee, tea, cereal bars, instant oatmeal, waffle/muffin mix. Microwave, toaster oven, ele. hot plate for cooking. Dorm size refrig/freezer. Several great local restaurants. 4 museums. Pet friendly! $10 for each additional adult, after 2. Approx 6 miles from Cuero and 25 from Victoria.

Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!
