Goditi la vista sul lago a 15 metri di distanza. La terrazza conduce al molo, dove potrai goderti tutto il divertimento in riva al lago! Tavole da paddle e kayak forniti. Braciere a propano e biliardino. Il centro città è a pochi minuti di distanza in barca o in auto.

Rimessa per carrozze ristrutturata intorno al 1920 in una pittoresca città universitaria del New England. A otto minuti a piedi dal vivace centro città, con ristoranti, bar, negozi e alimentari. Elegante stile contemporaneo. Piano terra a pianta aperta con divano, divano letto (per sonnecchiare al sole!) e cucina progettata da uno chef. Al secondo livello, due letti matrimoniali e un piccolo balcone. Confina con chilometri di sentieri e foreste, ricche di fauna selvatica. A meno di 5 minuti di auto da un sentiero lungo il fiume Sandy, dove è possibile fare una nuotata rinfrescante.

Questo cottage recentemente ristrutturato dispone di un portico con vista sul tramonto sullo stagno. Horseshoe Pond è perfetto per nuotare o per una tranquilla pagaiata. Kayak disponibili. Gli stercorari e le aquile calve visitano spesso lo stagno. NOTA BENE: la strada di accesso di mezzo miglio è in cattive condizioni - è necessario un veicolo a 4 ruote motrici o un veicolo con un'altezza da terra elevata. INOLTRE: al momento non è disponibile il wifi nella baita. È disponibile nella nostra proprietà vicina per uso a breve termine.
