We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. We have dozens of games for your whole family, are close to trails and lakes, and have a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar (including a coffee grinder). We have great internet, making it easy to work remotely if you'd like! We know you'll love it up here as much as we do!

Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Moose, elk, deer, pronghorn, bear, wolf, fox, and many bird species call this special place home. Cabin is off-grid. Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.
