Pieno di carattere, questo tranquillo cottage vanta un accogliente soggiorno completo di stufa a legna, riscaldamento a pavimento e travi a vista, una favolosa cucina e un elegante bagno. Il cottage si trova in una posizione eccellente, a pochi passi da ristoranti di prima classe, dalla magnifica Chatsworth Estate e da splendide passeggiate locali. Le biciclette possono essere parcheggiate nel cortile posteriore, il che rende questo cottage una base ideale per buongustai, ciclisti ed escursionisti.

Dependance indipendente - Lato fiume nel Peak District

Un annesso privato, autonomo, con bagno interno, vicino al fiume Wye, in una posizione tranquilla. Accesso diretto all'area coperta e al giardino in comune per godersi l'acqua, la fauna selvatica e la campagna. Area di preparazione del cibo con frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavello, bollitore e tostapane. Molte passeggiate da fare a piedi, piste ciclabili e opportunità di arrampicata. Situato in posizione perfetta per esplorare il Peak District. Auto fortemente consigliata. La dépendance è annessa alla nostra casa di famiglia, ma ha un ingresso indipendente.

La torre

La Torre è la perfetta fuga romantica di lusso per le coppie che vogliono allontanarsi da tutto in un luogo appartato e desiderano qualcosa di diverso. La Torre è stata recentemente convertita per essere utilizzata come casa vacanze, che in precedenza era un edificio ausiliario inutilizzato adiacente a The Water Works, un vecchio impianto di trattamento delle acque vicino a Bolsover, convertito per uso domestico nel 2002 e presente nel programma di Channel 4 Grand Designs. Questo accogliente fienile ristrutturato si trova in campagna, ai margini di un villaggio storico nel centro del Peak District National Park. Con un'abbondanza di passeggiate e sentieri di campagna proprio davanti alla porta, tra cui il Limestone Way e la Pennine Bridleway, è ideale per escursionisti, ciclisti o coppie che cercano un rifugio tranquillo. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dal fiorente villaggio di Tideswell, sede della "Cattedrale del Peak", con pub tradizionali, ristoranti, caffetterie e negozi locali.

The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance and car parking space by your front door ! Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop. Tideswell 0.6 miles away has many eateries. Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.
