Questa casa privata splendidamente arredata si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale e vanta 3 camere da letto con letto king-size, 3 bagni, una grande area ricreativa al piano inferiore, un patio esterno e una grande vasca idromassaggio con recinzione per la privacy. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per un banchetto. Situato sul lato sud, con facile accesso dalla Highway 179, offre un facile accesso a qualsiasi punto della città. Baita rustica, confortevole e tranquilla.

Grazioso chalet vicino a un laghetto ai margini del bosco. Ampie finestre soleggiate, letto vero (con spazio per far dormire un bambino o due sul pavimento), teiera, poltrona, servizi igienici a compostaggio, aria condizionata, WiFi, sentieri escursionistici. Non c'è la doccia nella baita. La nostra acqua proviene da un pozzo profondo, testato, certificato... e deliziosa! C'è una piscina fuori terra, un trampolino e un sentiero che scende giù per la collina. Molto adatto ai bambini. La nostra struttura è priva di profumi, quindi non ci sono deodoranti per ambienti.

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access. Regretfully no kids under 12 or pets.
