Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

Geheel voorhuis Uitdam

Zie de zon opkomen boven het meer tijdens een verfrissende ochtendduik, en ondergaan bij een knisperend vuurtje boven de uitgestrekte weilanden. Nieuw voorhuis aan de Zeedijk in Uitdam met uitzicht op het Markermeer en een tuin met uitzicht over de weilanden. Geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en twee (jonge) kinderen. Het prachtige Uitdam ligt op een steenworp afstand van Amsterdam (20 minuten). Wissel een bezoek aan de stad af met activiteiten in de natuur zoals wandelen, fietsen en watersporten.

Aan de rand van het natuurgebied 'Varkensland', op nog geen 15 minuten van Amsterdam, treft u ons volledig gerenoveerde gastenverblijf. Een zonnig huis van twee verdiepingen met uitzicht op de tuin en het water. Vanuit deze oase van rust en stilte kunt u deze prachtige streek ontdekken, met historische stadjes zoals Monnickendam en Marken. Ook Amsterdam is hier letterlijk om de hoek. De busrit naar Amsterdam duurt 10 minuten. De bus vertrekt elke 5 minuten vanaf de dichtstbijzijnde bushalte.

Our beautiful spacious and bright corner house is located in the green and tranquility rural area of Amsterdam-North, in the picturesque village of Ransdorp.. An ideal base for visiting Amsterdam and for cycling or walking in the beautiful Dutch countryside. In about 15 minutes by car you are in the center of the city, and in 10 minutes there is the shopping center Buikslotermeerplein, and metro station Noord. Volendam, Edam and Marken are easily accessible. We only rent to family’s.

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Children can jump directly in the water... 4 bedrooms (4 beds, 6 persons) and a modern bathroom. Free wifi, free parking. The house is only available for families or couples, not for groups of friends

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

We warmly welcome a couple or a family. Lovely family home with a beautiful garden in a friendly rural village. Come and enjoy peace and luxury: sleep in silence, Tempur mattress, sunny terrace, bathtub, and wood stove. Attention: There is only one couplebed, the other beds are childrens beds. There are two very sweet cats to cuddle with. We kindly ask you to feed them daily. Amsterdam is easily accessible by bus within 15 minutes.

Cozy apartment only 12 minutes away from Amsterdam. Good equiped kitchen, stylish lounge, new bathroom and comfortable bed (1.40m x 2.00m) The apartment has its own entrance. The backyard is shared with me and my family. From our place it is 200 meters walking to the bus stop which takes you in 12 minutes to the heart of Amsterdam or in 8 minutes to Purmerend another lovely Dutch city.
