Lo chalet di nuova costruzione in legno è stato completato con grande attenzione ai dettagli nel marzo 2024. È stato costruito in stile moderno e soddisfa i più elevati requisiti energetici energetici. Il percorso dal parcheggio privato, attraverso la casa, fino alla veranda coperta con nuova idromassaggio è stata progettata al piano terra.
