Dall'ampio ingresso al piano terra, una romantica scala a chiocciola ti porterà a due piani splendidamente decorati, con un balcone che si affaccia sulla strada.

Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. Only 2 minutes walk to beach and 12 minutes walk along the beach to Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Centrally located self-contained 40m2 open-plan studio, 1 QB, 1 foldout DB sofa in a quiet location (cot & single mattress/bedding avail on request). Cafes & award winning restaurants, shops and playgrounds are 10 minutes walk away. Dog beach close by. Smart TV & free play Arcade machine in your room, separate entrance; however share the same roof as our home. Bus stop at end of street takes you to train station or shops in 10 minutes.

Umatah significa "tu conti". Umatah per noi, Umatah per te, Umatah per chi ti circonda e Umatah per l'ambiente. Umatah fa parte dell'originale State Brick Works, chiuso negli anni '40 dopo che gli scavi avevano portato alla luce una sorgente sotterranea. La proprietà è gestita secondo principi biologici e dispone di un frutteto di mango, un apiario, aiuole di verdure e vari altri alberi da frutto e da noci. Ci sono un grande pozzo, giardini paesaggistici e una boscaglia autoctona infinita.
