The apartment is near Wellsville, Swain Ski Resort, the Finger Lakes Trail, and not far from Stony Brook and Letchworth State Parks.

The living room has a half bath, “Murphy “bed and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.
