Gli ospiti hanno riconosciuto la magia di questa posizione vicino alle spiagge incontaminate di Perth, al vivace CBD, all'affascinante Fremantle o ai giardini autoctoni e alle viste sulla città da Kings Park, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. C'è una serie di deliziosi ristoranti e attività (campo da golf pubblico, piscine olimpioniche/spiaggia) a pochi passi di distanza o in auto. Il parcheggio privato gratuito è disponibile nel tuo garage completamente sicuro.

L'appartamento dispone di 2 camere da letto, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un soggiorno/sala da pranzo, nonché di un bagno privato e di un servizio lavanderia. La biancheria, compresi i teli da spiaggia, è fornita. C'è una splendida piscina e gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un barbecue e un wok all'aperto. L'appartamento fa parte della nostra casa di famiglia (viviamo nella residenza principale), ma è completamente autonomo, con accesso tramite il proprio garage con serratura o tramite una porta scorrevole nel soggiorno. A soli 5 minuti di auto dalle migliori spiagge di Perth.
