Si tratta di un'area privata completamente rifinita, con accesso al piano terra, nel seminterrato della casa principale. Proprio fuori dalla porta d'ingresso ci sono 800 acri di sentieri escursionistici. Sarai circondato da una foresta matura, con capre, oche, anatre, gattini e cuccioli amorevoli e socievoli. Per migliorare questo rifugio privato, ci sono una vasca idromassaggio e una sauna a pochi passi dalla porta. Abbiamo appena aggiunto un condizionatore mini split!

Situato in posizione centrale nella Hudson Valley, ai piedi delle montagne Berkshire, questo è un bellissimo duplex. Dopo aver cresciuto la nostra famiglia nella parte più grande, ci siamo trasferiti nell'appartamento annesso, ma completamente separato. Stiamo cercando di affittare il lato più grande di 269 metri quadrati, con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni, che si trova su 1,5 ettari con un cortile recintato e un parcheggio. TV satellitare da 60" nella grande stanza e altre due TV più piccole nelle camere da letto principali.

The large, custom dinner table seats 8 comfortably with lots of room to hang, play games, watch movies and more. Guests must be 25 years old to rent.
