Tawleat is a 3 double BR Grade II listed thatched cottage in the village of Sticklepath, within Dartmoor National Park. Built in the 1770s, it has modern amenities while retaining its periodic charm. There is a large formal self enclosed rear garden, and a meadow to the rear of the property accessed by crossing a foot bridge over the river Taw. You have approximately an acre for your use only. Access to the moor is through the meadow, and the house is within 50 m of the village pubs & shop.

Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. A little further walk to Castle Drogo or the Fingle Bridge Inn. 1 mile off the Two Moors Way trail so perfect for hikers, or simply for those needing a quiet get away.
