* Please read rules before booking This modern townhome is located in the North Admiral neighborhood of West Seattle. Walk a few blocks to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. It is 1.5 miles from the hip and bustling "Junction", and a block away, there is a free shuttle to get to Alki Beach (1 mi), or the water taxi which takes you into DT Seattle. Short drive to WEST SEATTLE BRIDGE, that connects you to Seattle and freeways! A safe, central location for all things west Seattle and beyond!

This cozy, family friendly space is an updated 1br, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen, dining area, living area with a small workstation, and private patio. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of counterspace for those who want to whip up a meal, or just display hot takeout. It's your vacation! The apartment has 1 queen bed, 1 pull-out queen, an inflatable twin mattress, and pack-n-play. The apartment is below our home, but separate and private. Know that you will hear us as we live on site.

You will have your own private: entrance, patio, two-person sauna, room (bed, TV, and work desk), bathroom with heated floors, and kitchenette. *Note - this is the private 1st floor of our home, completely separated by floors and doors.

Enjoy your stay in beautiful West Seattle in our recently renovated guest studio complete with queen sized custom made Murphy bed, Egyptian cotton 1,000 thread count sheets and comfortable foam mattress. Full kitchenette with cooking tools and utensils, full bathroom, and fenced in back yard access with hammock to relax and enjoy. Free street parking in this quiet, laid back, residential area. Conveniently located just 15 min south of downtown and 15 north of the airport.

Hot Tub is Private, NOT SHARED and fully fenced in. Minutes from downtown Seattle and a couple of blocks to charming West Seattle! Lots of restaurants, shopping and a water taxi from Alki Beach (2 miles away) to Seattle's waterfront. We converted our garage into a getaway oasis, charming and comfortable. We have wifi, a free parking space reserved and an EV Charger (with Tesla adapter).
