This is the first floor of a duplex. This unit is 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and sleeps 6. It has 2 full size beds and a queen size bed. There is a small outside area with a grill and we are pet friendly for small dogs. We are a 2 minute walk to the Salty Mermaid & Acme shopping center. Street parking. There is new flooring in the bedrooms and living/kitchen area,fresh paint, decor, ect. The laundry room is a shared space. We do not provide linens(towels/sheets). No under age 25 groups.

Condo Only 2 Blocks from Beach/Boardwalk/Convention Center It sleeps 12 in beds but there are air mattresses if you need them. It has a large, open space - plenty of room for families. There is a wrap around deck so you can stay out of the sun if you want to or you can have your coffee and watch the sun rise from the open corner. Close by are shops, liquor stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, and bike shops! The beach is two blocks from the house and has a walkway to the water.
