The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Situated on the first floor of this private sea front development. South facing shared gardens with direct beach access. Balcony with sea views. Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. Own entrance, parking on driveway in front of front doors. A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

Delightful 2 bedroom annex on beachside road.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.

The Bolthole on Pagham Beach + The Hut

THE BOLTHOLE on Pagham Beach is a world away on the peaceful Pagham Harbour RSPB nature reserve. Based around a Victorian railway carriage, THE BOLTHOLE has been lovingly renovated to include all creature comforts and super fast wi-fi! The original railway carriages remain and you will sleep 'first class' under their bowed ceilings! In addition a modern kitchen provides all you need to prepare your catch of the day and a open plan lounge allows space to kick back and relax.
