Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Entire Guest Suite

Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place - separate lounge, dining, bedroom and bathroom. Big screen TV with Netflix in cosy lounge. Outside covered seating to enjoy eating or watching the starry sky at night. Park-like grounds and birdsong during the day. Our location in semi-rural Welcome Bay puts you in easy reach of the surrounding Tauranga/Mt Maunganui/Papamoa/Te-Puke areas ( about 15-20 mins drive). Only 1 hours drive to Rotorua. 50 minutes to Hobbiton.

Modern Beach Studio with own separate ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. There is another door in the Studio that you can keep locked but enables you to access garage if you wish to store anything. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. Approx 6 kms to Bayfair shopping. Quiet location.

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. No additional cleaning charges. This one bedroom spacious guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Recently, renovated with a relaxing neutral beach vibe. The guest suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach.

Papamoa Beach - Holiday Cabin

Welcome to our cosy holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. Similar to a campground cabin, furnished with simple basics with an ensuite and tiny kitchenette, own entrance and patio space. A great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount.
