Ada’s Cottage is a seaside property based in the West Lake District/West Cumbria. The cottage backs onto the beach and is in a peaceful little village with 3 country pubs and cafe. The village also boasts the La’al Ratty; a famous Lake District steam railway. The property sleeps 4 people in 2 rooms- One double & One Twin. With both modern and original nautical features, this property is a very cosy and unique stay. Located in an ideal location to discover the Lake District via foot or train.

This spacious and luminous Morecambe's house is situated very near to the seafront and in a quite street. It's a perfect location to go on serene walks along the promenade and experience the beauty of Morecambe Bay. Not to mention that we are at the doorstep of the lake district. There is a convenient store just down the road,free parking on the street. It is also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs. The house has its own free wifi,3 large flat TV screens and Netflix account .

Lodge on the Lake is a luxurious property located in a very special position right on Lake Windermere within the Lake District National Park. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the Lake towards the mountains from the privacy of the Lodge. The Lodge has a private setting within the 5 star Fallbarrow Park which offers that special break. Take a five minute walk into Bowness town to enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops or a Lake steamboat excursion. Please note, pets are strictly prohibited.

'Lodge by the Lake' is a idyllic large 2 bedroom south facing waterside retreat with stunning lake views and direct access from your private jetty to enjoy wild water swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, etc you will be barefoot on the decking minutes after you arrive enjoying a glass of something on our gorgeous outdoor glass fronted balcony The lodge is ideally placed for visiting the Lake District, Capernwray Diving Centre (the lodge is not dog friendly but the owners do bring their own)

Kick back and relax in this calming, stylish space. Idyllic for nature lovers with spectacular views across Windermere to the Old Man of Coniston & Scafell Pyke, situated on Windermere beside the babbling waters of Bleack Beck. Located at White Cross Bay, 2 miles from Ambleside, Bowness & Windermere Town, bus stops outside the gates means it takes a mere 10 mins to reach any of the town centres. You can park the car & not touch it until it’s time to leave for home at the end of your stay.

Combe-n-Sea

A modern, open airy space set in a fabulous coastal location within easy driving distance from the Lakes. Haverigg is on the fringe of the Lakes, with Coniston being just a short drive away (approx 35 minutes). The property is close to Hodbarrow which is an RSPB Nature Reserve and it is also on the coast with some stunning dog friendly beaches to walk along. You can walk Black Combe and be rewarded with stunning views, or try wakeboarding, sea fishing or go horse riding on the beach.

Fallbarrow Lodge on Windermere

Fallbarrow Lodge is a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom cabin situated right on the shores of Lake Windermere. With amazing views of Windermere from our decking, you could not be closer to the water. The lodge has a contemporary open plan design and can easily accommodate six adults plus space for an infant travel cot. Fallbarrow Lodge is located in a quiet area of the award winning Fallbarrow Park, just five minutes walk from Bowness on Windermere.
