The property includes 600 feet of frontage on the Greenbrier River as well as 140+ acres of woods, wildlife and natural beauty. The cabin itself has been updated for a bath and kitchen. The 30' long screened porch overlooking the Greenbrier River is beautiful any time of the year. Once you check in, you'll have the place all to yourself until it's time to leave. Amazing handcrafted cabin located in the center of the "Roanoke Triple Crown" (McAfee's Knob, tinker cliffs and dragons tooth trails) just minutes from each trail head. Cabin is tucked away from everything. No other houses can be seen from the cabin. The cabin overlooks a beautiful pond with a small waterfall cascading in. Cabin was sustainability built with trees from the 20 acres it sits on. McAfee's Knob trailhead is 10 minutes away, Andy Layne trailhead to tinker cliffs is 9 minutes away.

Multiple outdoor areas to enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek include the back porch, observation deck with Adirondack chairs, and walking path that leads to a stunning view of the Potts Creek “Sinks.” Enjoy the tranquil natural environment as you make use of the outdoor grill, picnic area, fire pit, and hot tub.

Charming Cottage Near Greenbrier River

This is a cozy yet spacious cottage at the dead end of a short unpaved lane. Quiet and private, plenty of wildlife, it sits in the woods above the Greenbrier River and trail, which is excellent biking and hiking with many swimming holes to take a dip. We have a few neighbors but you won’t see or hear them. Only 15 minutes from Historic Lewisburg, one of WV's best tourist destinations which offers restaurants, bars, shops, antiques, and the arts. Also 13 miles from The Greenbrier Resort.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Greenbrier River House

A luxury cabin on the Greenbrier River at Keister only 20 minutes from downtown Lewisburg, the “River House” offers rustic decor but 21st century touches including wi-fi, Direct TV, etc. in a beautiful outdoor setting along the Greenbrier River. The "River House" is about an hour and a half from Snowshoe Ski Resort and from White Water rafting. With electric heat and a cozy fireplace, it is usable in all the seasons.
