These are acres to be enjoyed in peaceful solitude, only interrupted by the quiet of kangaroos and birdsong. The Barn itself was built with comfort in mind, simple luxury at its heart. Let it welcome you and work its magic. Located in the Southern Barossa, close to all the activities the Barossa Valley has to offer.

"The Shed"

At first glance, yes it's a shed. But explore further and you will find an unique Aussie experience, a fully functional self contained room. Shower, toilet and kitchenette. All private and seperate from our house. It's normally used for overnighters by family and friends. Please be open minded in your expectations, it's not the Ritz, Hilton, Taj Mahal but what it is clean, tidy, private affordable accomadation. Single or couple. Please note that toilet, shower and sink are located in same room.

1880 True Blue Guest Wing

We purchased this charming 1880’s Victorian Bluestone property in 2017 which was in desperate need of a restoration. Forward to 2024 and she is fully restored. We have a unique, self-contained Guest Wing, which runs off the main house and this is the space that we would love to offer as a private B&B. The location is perfect, the train station is a 150 metre walk to the end of our street, which makes it super easy to go into Adelaide CBD and enjoy any number of SA Festivals and Sporting Events.

This fully furnished,self-contained, stand alone, two bedrooms plus sofa bed, guest unit is nestled on ten acres. It is private, well off the main road, pet friendly with private backyard. The main house is 200m away. Yards for horses are opposite the unit. Dressage arena and 650m track are available. Close by trail riding, cycling/ walking paths, historical townships (Gawler, Two Wells). Barossa Valley is 25km away. Come enjoy peace and quiet, whilst being close to amenities.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

Great view over looking Pioneer Park. 5 minute walk from Gawler Central Train Station and numerous Pubs,Restaurants and Shopping Precinct.

1881 Courthouse, Studio

Built in 1881 in historical Church Hill, with modern amenities, the Courthouse is centrally located in Gawler, yet quiet, offering a unique, self-contained accommodation option, close to the Barossa Valley, Gawler main street and shops. The Studio is at the front of this majestic building and is completely private. Originally the Witness Waiting Room , Entrance Foyer, Hallway, and WCs, the Studio is cosy and well equipped with initial breakfast supplies, fast internet and Netflix.

Ovenden Lodge Guesthouse

OVENDEN LODGE offers dog-friendly accommodation, in a self-contained "granny flat" surrounded by open paddocks at the southern entrance to historic Gawler. With its ponies, birds and chickens, it is a quiet, private retreat for 1-2 adults, complete with cedar hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately, due to the ponds and animals on the property, Ovenden Lodge is NOT suited for children. Dogs and ponies are welcome by individual prior arrangement.

Beautiful Balinese inspired bluestone cottage built in 1890, perfect for a couples weekend away or business stay. Gawler is located approx. 45 minutes from the CBD, 1 hour from the airport and offers many dining options, parks walking trails, easy access to the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley wine regions.

The granny flat is fully self-contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, and parking space. Enjoy total privacy — no shared areas with the main house.
