Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Enjoy watching the chickens, roosters, and turkeys in the area (there’s a chance a chicken will end up in the backyard!) & relax in the simple slow paced country life. Our yurt (30' dia.) is rustic, beautiful, quiet, in deep woods with deck overlooking pond. Great for couples, small families (not childproof). Includes hot tub & Poetry Walk. Beds are futons. It's warm June-Aug. (no A/C, plenty fans), but way cooler than the city. It's cold Nov.-March (wood stove heat). Mini-fridge & microwave (no kitchen/plumbing). Parking and the bath-house are 2-min. walks (toilet, sink, shower). Two minutes to Saxapahaw. Read description for more info. NO PARTIES. No dogs.

Enjoy relaxing on the patio of a newly renovated and landscaped 100 year old barn or on your own private area behind the cabin overlooking the garden. Walk the property and visit farm animals including donkeys, goats, a mini cow and a standard highland cow. The Bee’s Knees

Welcome to The Bee’s Knees! A unique farm stay experience in Reidsville, NC with vintage charm and modern amenities. Rest in one of the well appointed bedrooms or lounge, read or play a game in the comfortable living room. Enjoy sitting on the deck, walking through the pasture and garden, watching the chickens and feeding the goats .
