A pochi passi troverai un braciere, una dependance riscaldata con servizi igienici a compostaggio, una zona pranzo all'aperto, un ruscello, uno stagno e l'inizio di un sentiero. Tranquilla posizione di campagna, a pochi minuti dall'UCONN e con facile accesso dalla RTE 84, che rende questo luogo perfetto per i visitatori che viaggiano attraverso il "Quiet Corner" del Connecticut. Ampio soggiorno, camera da letto, cucina e bagno sono stati recentemente ristrutturati con pavimenti in legno massello, lucernari e finestre che lasciano entrare molta luce naturale. L'ingresso è privato, con un bel portico che è un luogo perfetto per sedersi con il caffè del mattino. Dalla struttura si accede a sentieri escursionistici.

In addition to a living and dining room, there is a vintage kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry facilities. Very tall people will have to duck under door ways. Not suitable for children under 12. WiFi and a smart TV. Kitchen ceiling is 6'3.5". An exterior camera is installed to observe wild life passing through the yard. A switch in the laundry turns it off.
