Situato su 33 acri privati collegati a terreni statali, offre viste sulle cascate mentre sorseggi un caffè davanti al camino. La casita è stata intenzionalmente progettata per farti sentire a casa anche quando sei lontano da casa. In estate, rinfrescati nelle cascate e nei ruscelli privati; in autunno, ammira il fogliame mozzafiato; e in inverno, scia/fai snowboard a Belleayre (a 25 minuti di distanza). La pesca ad Alder Lake e al Pepacton Reservoir dista 10 minuti in auto.
