Benvenuti a Emerald Bay, una lussuosa casa sul lago che prende il nome dalle sue ampie viste sulla baia e dalle sue acque limpide tutto l'anno. Questa casa personalizzata, completata nel 2022, si trova al largo del canale principale, in una baia protetta. Goditi viste mozzafiato in tutta la casa e il meglio dell'intrattenimento all'aperto. Goditi il nuoto e gli sport acquatici proprio al largo della splendida costa rocciosa o dal doppio molo a 2 piani con spazio per l'intrattenimento sul tetto. L'ampio braciere e la vasca idromassaggio offrono intrattenimento dopo il tramonto.
