Goditi i suoni della natura, la vista sul bellissimo lago Fernan, la fauna selvatica (aquile, falchi pescatori, cervi, alci, i nostri coniglietti selvatici in cortile, ecc.) e la sensazione di essere in mezzo al nulla, ma a solo 2,4 km dalla I-90. Accesso a 90 metri di costa (pesca, paddleboarding, kayak), a 5 minuti in auto dal centro di CDA, dal campo da golf di CDA, dal Centennial Trail e a 10 minuti da ottimi percorsi per corsa/escursioni. A soli 40 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto di Spokane. Airstream nuovissimo completamente attrezzato con acqua ed elettricità collegate.

Il nostro romantico Swanky Cabin è stato recentemente ristrutturato e dispone di un open space, una camera da letto a soppalco con un letto queen-size Layla raffreddato in rame, un bagno completo con doccia, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il soggiorno dispone di un camino a legna, connessione internet illimitata ad alta velocità, 2 grandi TV a schermo piatto, tavolo da biliardo e un grande divano letto componibile.

Se scegli questa casa, soggiornerai nel paradiso dell'Idaho, nella famosa baita sul lago a forma di A, adiacente al centro città! Un'esperienza in una baita dell'Idaho davvero tipica

Sunny lake front cabin, dock, sunsets & pets ok!

Un paradiso estivo! Goditi (raro) il sole tutto il giorno in questo chalet A-frame. Situato in una baia esclusiva, questo chalet fronte lago ha un ampio molo privato e acque pulite e profonde (senza paludi/alghe). Questo elegante chalet di metà secolo ha un grande lotto pianeggiante circondato da alti pini e cervi locali. La GRANDE vista panoramica sul lago si affaccia sul tramonto, per serate dorate sul terrazzo o intorno al focolare. Completamente attrezzato per un soggiorno breve o lungo sull'esclusivo lago Hayden. Starlink WiFi. Ampio parcheggio.

Casa sul lungomare, vista mozzafiato con accesso al fiume

Questa casa sul fiume è il luogo perfetto per creare ricordi indelebili con la famiglia o gli amici. Grazie all'accesso al fiume, potrai trascorrere le giornate nuotando, pescando, andando in kayak, facendo tubing o semplicemente rilassandoti nel nostro ampio patio, godendoti la splendida vista sul fiume. La nostra casa si trova in posizione centrale tra Spokane e Coeur d'Alene, a soli 2,4 chilometri da parchi, ristoranti e bar situati nell'incantevole città di Post Falls. Apprezzerai la privacy di questa casa e la sua comoda posizione.

Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Goditi questa esperienza unica tra i pini appena fuori Spokane. Dotato di un accogliente spazio abitativo di 400 piedi quadrati, con libri, giochi e un camino a gas, nonché un angolo cottura con tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto per due. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale grande e una porta a fisarmonica di 3 metri che si apre completamente sulla terrazza esterna con vasca idromassaggio che ti aspetta. Nota bene: sebbene sia privata, la casa sull'albero si trova in una proprietà con altre due strutture occupate.

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
