The accommodation comprises a fully fitted kitchen, lounge dining area with French windows looking onto a walled garden and downstairs utility with toilet, washing machine and tumble drier. Upstairs is a separate bathroom with shower, a spacious bedroom with Juliette balcony and separate changing room. It has gas central heating and wi-fi.

For business or pleasure it is the perfect getaway as a home from home base from which to work or to explore all that South Staffordshire has to offer.

This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away.
