La casa è intima ma collegata all'esterno, con isolamento totale e ogni comfort moderno immaginabile! È una meraviglia di cemento, vetro e legno di recupero, progettata da un architetto, che si trova su 54 ettari di campo e foresta con un grazioso laghetto balneabile e chilometri di sentieri escursionistici. Lo chalet può ospitare fino a 6 persone in due camere da letto e un ampio soppalco.

Benvenuti nella nostra casa nel bosco! 12 acri circondati da alberi e sopra una serie di cascate lungo lo Stony Kill, che va dal Minnewaska State Park attraverso la nostra proprietà e nel centro di Accord. Puoi sederti su un'amaca all'aperto, immergerti nella nostra vasca idromassaggio mentre ascolti il fiume o rilassarti all'interno con un po' di musica o il proiettore TV. Gli entomologi in erba apprezzeranno l'infinita processione di insetti, formiche, ragni, zecche e altri animaletti che fanno parte della River House.
