The back porch has a grill & picnic table that's perfect for a midday cookout, while the backyard fire ring was designed with a marshmallows roast in mind!

Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
