The cabin is equipped with linens/towels and most everything you need to cook a meal., just bring groceries and personal items. This cabin is also handicap accessible. On the bank of West Buffalo Creek, close to Cherohala Skyway, Joyce Kilmer, Tail of the Dragon, GSMNP and Lake Santeetlah. Washer/dryer, AC, heat, dishwasher, microwave, TV, on world class trout stream. 1 large br w/2 queen beds, 1 1/2 bath. Campfire/picnic area, ample parking. Pet friendly w/$50 pet fee. Wifi. Fire pit, grill & table creekside.

We are open! Sit in the rockers with your morning coffee, eat your meals at the kitchen table or sit in front of the fireplace all while enjoying the amazing view! The hot tub is located on the deck overlooking the beautiful Mountain View. We are just 20 minutes away from Bryson City and the Nantahala Outdoor Center, 10 minutes from Tsali Recreation, 25 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee and The Blue Ridge Parkway. There is a book in the cabin with other recommendations

Central to the areas activities, the days can seem short with easy access to Fontana Lake, the Appalachian Trail, Tsali Recreation Area, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Nantahala Gorge, & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Wounded Warrior Cabin is located near the "Tail of the Dragon," Cherokee NC, NOC, Fontana Village and many other family-friendly activities. A trout stream runs along the front of the cabin and overlooks the mountains. There are 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a game room, wrap around porch, and laundry room. It is close to Lake Santeetlah, making this cabin a perfect getaway for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families w/kids, large groups and is dogs friendly.

Snowbird Creek Cabin, Flyfish, Tail of the Dragon

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.
