房総の小江戸と呼ばれる大多喜城下町通りにある京町家のような築100年以上たつ古民家です。 大多喜城（徳川家康四天王の１人本多忠勝十万石居城）、国指定重要文化財などが大切に保存され、千葉では珍しい古い城下町が広がり、懐かしさをそそります。 また一歩足を延ばすと、海あり山あり川遊びあり渓谷あり黒湯の温泉ありのローケーションです。(車で10分～30分圏内)房総の自然を満喫する拠点としてお使いいただけます。高滝湖のワカサギ釣りや、何十万年前の磁気の逆転、チバニアンは世界的に有名です。 当施設は、夷隅川を見下ろす場所に位置し、地盤は岩盤です。 お車でお越しの際は、圏央道　市原鶴舞ICから20分になります。 東京駅から大多喜まで高速バスで80分になります。 羽田空港から車で1時間弱、成田空港から車で1時間10分です。 最寄り駅は大多喜駅で、徒歩12分です。(いすみ鉄道脱線の影響により、一部区間はいすみ鉄道代行バスになります)

Buongiorno ! Sono ZOLA, un giapponese di origine italiana. Abbiamo trovato una piccola villa toscana in una foresta isolata nella città di Katsuura, prefettura di Chiba. Il suono del cinguettio degli uccelli e il vento che soffia nella foresta, il suono degli insetti al tramonto e il tremolio di un falò di notte. Se guardate il cielo, troverete un cielo notturno pieno di stelle ad attendervi. Ciao!

母屋に隣接した離れを、小さなゲストハウスにしました。 少しだけ昭和の香りの、素朴な一組限定の宿です。お2人目からは、4500円です。お友達とでも、お一人でも、お気軽にご利用ください。☆敷地内に犬と猫がおり、動物が苦手な方は残念ですがご利用は難しいです。 ☆駐車場から、車が通れない細道を2分歩きます、坂や階段があります。(三段の階段が、二回あります) ☆裏が森なので、気をつけて掃除していますが、虫が苦手な方は残念ですがご宿泊は難しいと思います。 ☆宿から徒歩圏内に買い物ができるスーパーやコンビニがございません。お買い物を済ませてからのチェックインがお勧めです。 少々不便ですが、静かな環境です。小さな別荘感覚でお気軽にご利用ください。 ☆バーベキュー用具の貸し出し、2000円です。夜10時までには片付けをしてお部屋にお入り下さい。 ※食材は料金に含まれません。
