The home is right on the lakes edge so you can easily swim in the thermal waters or take out one of our kayaks. The vacation retreat is fully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a chef's kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, filtered water, barbeque and firepit.

Situated 2 min walking to the beach, between SANTANA and POPOYO beach. Walking distance to some of the best surf spots in NICARAGUA. Common area includes POOL, BBQ and hammocks to chill out. We have WIFI, motorbike with racks and surfboards rental, surf guiding service so you can score the best spots in the area.

A cute little cabin set in the wild lush nature of Ometepe Island. Located on a family organic homestead, with peaceful views of Conception volcano and the sunset on the lake. Enjoy your own private and quiet space, with a comfortable king size bed, outdoor shower with hot water and stunning view and your own compost toilets. Cook your meals in the farm kitchen. Seasonal greens, herbs and local organic farm products such as honey and yogurt are available to purchase for your meals.

Unique private island experience close to center!

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

Stay cool in the jungle! Casa Almendras is a peaceful, private retreat surrounded by nature’s magic.. monkeys, birds, butterflies, and lush greenery all around. Located in a central yet secluded spot, it features a cozy outdoor area with a hammock. Families are warmly welcome. There’s one bedroom with a double bed, and two single beds in the living area. Air conditioning in the living area is available upon request for $6 per day. Come relax in our little jungle nest.

Casa Calala is born out of love for the beautiful city Granada and our passion for hospitality. We want you to feel at home and safe while also giving you all the wonderful insides that the city and it's surroundings have to offer. NOTE: There are A/C units in all of the rooms but because electricity costs are extremely high in Nicaragua (the highest in Central America) their use comes with an extra cost of US$ 6 per night per unit.

El bamboo Mirador del lago

Relájate en esta escapada única y tranquila. The cabins , has been constructed using a mixture of techniques and diverse materials, it is an attempt to recover the use of traditional materials and aesthetics. Most of the bamboo used and all the wood has been recovered from the bamboo forest and fallen trees after Hurricane Nate in October 2017. As each cabin on my property is designed by me and each one is different from the other.
