It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

You can also watch the authentic life of the city that animates the below street from the small terrace of the bedroom. I will personally welcome my guests and, though living not close to the house, am always available for any of your needs. The area has a lively bar scene and interesting shops. You can easily reach the main tourist attractions from home. Questo loft era l'atelier di nostro zio, un pittore veneziano. L'abbiamo rinnovato, mantendo la sua atmosfera e inserendo alcune delle sue opere.
