We're an oceanfront boutique hotel like those in South Beach. The oceanfront suite is a spacious 450 sq. ft, with a kitchenette and panoramic ocean view; the best of the best! We have an open air rooftop open til 10pm, an open air patio open 24/7, and our property is secured. We have free beach gear, free wifi, and 1 parking spot for a SMALL CAR @ 10+tx/day. We're a laid back and low key quiet hotel. Bars & restaurants in walking range. The main guest must be so families don't worry about noise

Habitación con baño privado,entrada independiente y estacionamiento para un carro (no tiene cocina).Estarás a 15 minutos de Aventura Mall, de la playa ,20 min de Wynwood y Midtown ,5 min de biscayne Blvd Donde tienes target,Walmart Ross y muchas más! Uber y lyft funcionan muy bien . Nosotros los anfitriones vivimos en la casa anexa a la habitación por lo que si necesitas algo en tu estadía no dudes en contactarnos. La habitación cuenta con nevera, microondas ,cafetera y calentador de agua.
