It's less than 10 mins walking to multiple great restaurants, grocery stores, and even paddle board/boat rentals, fishing trips, dolphin eco sunset & tours. Feeling adventurous? Take one of double kayaks from the dock to the beach.

Private entrance to your one bedroom plus den (with queen size sleeper/sofa) apartment attached to main house. Direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the den has a queen size sleeper/sofa. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. Our delightful 1 bed/1 bath guest suite is located within a short walk to Fort Myers Historic Downtown River District & Caloosahatchee River. This unique guest space is part of our charming 1912 Craftsman attached at the rear of our home with its own private entrance and bath (no shared spaces).
