Silverstar Stables si trova su un terreno di 10 acri, 3 miglia a sud di Watertown, su una strada asfaltata. Si trova a circa 45 metri dalla nostra residenza. Ti assicuriamo che sarai lasciato in pace a goderti la tua vacanza prolungata o il weekend. Abbiamo appena completato la ristrutturazione dell'altra metà del fienile, trasformandola in un altro alloggio in affitto. Silverstar Barn ha un proprio ingresso ed entrambe le unità hanno le proprie porte finestre, una rivolta a est, l'altra a ovest, per posti a sedere privati all'aperto. Entrambe le unità dispongono anche di un proprio barbecue.

La nostra suite si trova nella nostra tranquilla fattoria. Siamo a soli 10 minuti di auto da 2 laghi, il lago Cochrane e il lago Hendricks, e a 2 minuti di auto dal lago Fish. Ci sono 5 diversi campi da golf a 20 minuti di auto, tutti aperti al pubblico! Siamo a 30 miglia, un facile viaggio in campagna, da Brookings/SDSU. La nostra fattoria si trova su un'autostrada asfaltata e si può godere di una tranquilla passeggiata fino a una bella chiesa di campagna a soli 1/8 di miglio di distanza. Abbiamo un garage indipendente a cui puoi accedere a pagamento,

Casa storica, ampia suite privata e vasca idromassaggio

Goditi l'eleganza di un'epoca senza tempo soggiornando in questa casa iscritta nel Registro nazionale dei luoghi storici. Inoltre, l'ex ospedale. Questa spaziosa suite mansardata al 3° piano contiene due ampie camere (una camera da letto e un soggiorno). L'abbondanza di luce naturale, il portico privato e l'ingresso privato (si accede attraversando la cucina dell'host) renderanno il soggiorno unico nel suo genere. La suite si trova in centro, a pochi passi da ottimi bar e ristoranti. Nota: in casa c'è un gatto.

It is beautifully furnished with a queen bed, comfortable recliners, a table & chairs, and includes a microwave, refrigerator, & coffee service. The luxurious bathroom features limitless hot water & a step-in shower. Our cabins are available year-round. We furnish bed linens/towels. We don't provide housekeeping unless the stay is one week or more.  At that time, we will clean the linens/towels and entire space and charge an additional $25.  Extended stays will follow this same weekly pattern.

There is access to horse tails near by and walking distance from the cozy gem of a town. The lake is directly in front of the cabin and has public access right down the road. This is the perfect budget friendly get away for a family or a great place to lodge for hunting and fishing. Great in the summer and the winter!
