A 10 minuti dai Callaway Gardens e dalla Hog Mine! Il nostro incantevole chalet si trova a 1 isolato da un lago esclusivo/privato alimentato da sorgente! Il nostro accesso al lago è abbastanza vicino da poterci andare in bicicletta o a piedi, ma preferiamo guidare fino all'accesso con tutta la nostra attrezzatura! All'ingresso recintato troverai una zona piscina, un varo barche, griglie, un padiglione coperto e uno aperto e un parco giochi. Per gli ospiti forniamo: 2 kayak 2 biciclette Canne da pesca Griglia a carbonella Giochi e puzzle al coperto e all'aperto 2 chitarre Pianoforte Braciere Amaca e molto altro

Fuga rilassante in un luogo appartato e privato

Monolocale situato su 20 acri di bosco privato con 74 metri quadrati di spazio, realizzato con materiali di recupero, legno e metallo. Ampia terrazza con vista sul lago di 7 acri con braciere. Ingresso privato con caminetto elettrico, televisore, musica, letto matrimoniale, divano, bar con sgabelli, frigorifero, piano cottura con 2 fuochi, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè Keurig, tostapane, stoviglie e utensili da cucina. Bagno privato con servizi igienici a compost, doccia e lavandino. Accesso al pedalò con giubbotti di salvataggio disponibili. Canne da pesca, se vuoi provare!

Casa sul lago a Columbus/15 minuti da Ft. Benning

Rilassante proprietà fronte lago con due camere da letto e 1 bagno. Splendida vista sul lago dalla cucina con soggiorno TV a schermo piatto in entrambe le camere da letto. C'è un letto queen-size e un letto matrimoniale. Include il molo e l'accesso alla barca (porto turistico e rampa per barche a pochi minuti). Ottimo per nuotare, pescare e andare in kayak (2 kayak inclusi). Rilassante schermato sul portico anteriore con vista sul lago con altalena e sedie a dondolo. Terrazza aggiuntiva, focolare e barbecue, perfetti per cenare all'aperto con splendidi tramonti.

A short drive to Callaway Gardens & Roosevelt Park. Few people even know it exists except the owners whose family has occupied this land since 1835 . An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
