Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

This beachside studio condo is located on the 1st floor and sleeps 4! This unit boasts 2 luxurious queen size beds and sofa, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and 50 inch smart tv. All furnishings in this unit are brand new for your enjoyment. A walk in closet provides space to store your luggage and hanging clothes, you will also find beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for your convenience. This unit also has outdoor private patio. must be 21 to book (per HOA)
