Il monolocale è situato vicino al centro della città, a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro principale di Yerevan. 3° piano della casa, con terrazza e splendida vista sulla città. Anche se è un posto centrale, puoi goderti il tuo tempo nel verde del giardino e annusare l'aria fresca, perché la casa è situata nel bel mezzo di molti giardini.
