This home is new and has two docks. One in front on Atlantic side and one in back on the Sea of Abaco side. You are 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes fishing off of outer reefs. Easy access to all marinas on the island. Can only get to house by boat. You don't need a golf cart. The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. Robin's nest is 1900 square feet under air and 1,100 square feet of decking. There is a small dock on the property, great for watching sunsets, snorkeling and swimming. The home also has a dock slip at the Bluff House marina that can take a boat up to 30 feet. It is located on the bluff overlooking the Sea of Abaco and is adjacent to the Bluff House Beach Hotel with its two bars, two restaurants, Marina, pool and beach.

Sunset cottage is located on the sea of Abaco in the historic settlement near bars , restaurants, grocery stores , liquor stores and churches . You will enjoy some of the prettiest sunsets out the front door you will see lots of sealife out the front door and off the dock . Our dock will accommodate outboard boats . New Plymouth settlement has fewer mosquitoes and noseeum's compared to anywhere out of the settlement.
