La casa del nonno si trova su circa 4 ettari di terreno che offrono comfort, pace e tranquillità. A soli 4 chilometri dal centro di Warm Springs. La nostra casa si trova a 400 metri da un passaggio a livello (e questa è una comunità costruita intorno alla ferrovia), quindi potresti sentire i treni che passano. La maggior parte delle persone lo trova affascinante, pittoresco e piuttosto tipico di una piccola città. I bambini la adorano. Smart TV con telecomando Fire Stick, per accedere al proprio account di streaming e guardare i canali locali (non è disponibile la TV via cavo).

Puoi raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte delle attrazioni, dei negozi e dei ristoranti in pochi minuti. Questo appartamento al piano superiore di una rimessa per carrozze di nuova costruzione è indipendente dalla casa principale, dispone di un ingresso privato e si trova a un isolato dalla Main Street in centro, proprio di fronte al Memorial Pecan Grove e ai pittoreschi giardini del Chipley's Women's Club, risalente a 109 anni fa.

Enjoy the charm of Pine Mountain while being just a block away from boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and the Man O'War Trail. The 13.5 mile trail spans from PIne Mountain to Hamilton with many sights along the way. FDR State Park, Calloway Gardens, and the Wild Animal Safari are just minutes away.

The Hardaway Cottage: un luogo di ritrovo Art déco

Lo storico Hardaway Cottage è un luogo molto speciale. Fu costruito nel 1933 sul terreno del Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation, a pochi passi dalla Little White House di Roosevelt. Questo parco, come una struttura, è delimitata dal parco statale di FDR. Sei a due minuti dal centro di Warm Springs, ma data la totale privacy di questa proprietà unica che è conforme all'Ada al primo piano della casa.
