Quaint Converted Barn

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

Be at home in this grand historic 1906 house in Montclair. 6400 square feet - a "4 square" colonial 8 bedroom house (6 setup as bedrooms, 2 as offices), 4.5 bathrooms, 3 living areas (incl. fireplace), dining room, gourmet kitchen, excellent wifi, 4 fully furnished floors, etc. Smart TVs. Private , fenced-in yard, large covered porch. 10-minute walk to downtown Montclair: restaurants, coffee shops, movie theater, gyms, etc. Trains/buses to New York city. 30-minute drive to NYC non-rush hour.

A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her.
