L'itinerario vi condurrà poi a Montefioralle, borgo medievale immerso nel cuore del Chianti: qui avrete l'impressione di trovarvi dentro un film, grazie alle dolci colline che lo circondano e alle stradine strettissime che creano un'atmosfera magica . Dopo questa visita, arriveremo a Greve in Chianti ("capitale" della zona vinicola del Chianti Classico) e ammireremo la sua piazza. Dopo tante esperienze in ristoranti stellati Michelin come chef, decido di aprire la mia esperienza su Airbnb per condividere la mia passione per la pasta. È un bellissimo villaggio e spero che lo amerai come faccio io! Dal negozio andremo insieme alla fabbrica dove ti mostrerò il ciclo di produzione della ceramica artigianale italiana, raccontandoti qualche aneddoto dietro e spiegando tutte le tecniche di produzione. Plasmate il marmo imparando ad assecondane la sua natura coinvolgendo tutti e 5 i sensi: osservate la materia, riconoscete le sue sfaccettature, seguite la sua evoluzione e godetevi la trasformazione finale. Accarezzatela, lasciate che vi parli e che vi guidi nella lavorazione, percepitene i profumi di muschio, di pioggia, di sole; inumiditevi le labbra alla fine della giornata: vi accorgerete che avranno un sapore nuovo. Dopo una breve introduzione del maestro scultore, che vi accompagnerà nello svolgimento dell’attività, si procederà a una breve esperienza di scultura ma completa: ogni partecipante proverà su un pezzo di marmo strumenti sia manuali che pneumatici. Durante la lezioni sono previste pause per bere un caffè, acqua o tè, per riposarsi e per fare foto. Una volta presa confidenza con la materia dedicheremo gli ultimi minuti all’incisione di una scaglia di marmo che potrete portare via con voi come ricordo dell’esperienza! Visiteremo poi un autentica osteria sperduta in mezzo alle colline dove potrete gustarvi un aperitivo ammirando i vigneti ed ascoltando il delizioso canto degli uccelli! Visiteremo poi una seconda cantina. Lì incontreremo dei cari amici che gestiscono un'azienda vinicola DOCG di altissima qualità e producono vini utilizzando antichi vitigni e tanta tanta passione! We will make a "walk" through the EVO Oil world, exploring the entire process from cultivation to olives harvest, transformation at oil mill and finally conservation. Then we will have a real walk among our olive trees to start recognizing the different kind of olives. After that we will introduce you in the charming world of professional oil tasting, as done by the official testers (oil sommeliers). Then, we will move to the Acetaia and its address is Via Celeste 9, Castelfranco Emilia. AGAIN, the best way to arrive is taking a train to Castelfranco Emilia. Of course, we can't miss the university district as well, where we'll also head into the ex-Jewish Ghetto of Bologna. Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. Ci incontreremo vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Firenze Porta al Prato. Ti porterò poi in una cantina di 500 anni per assaggiare i migliori vini toscani e apprendere i segreti della vinificazione. Successivamente ti porterò nella mia fattoria dove prenderò olio e vino per pranzare e assaggiare il formaggio locale. Alla fine posso mostrarti le mie vigne e poi riportarti alla stazione di Porta al Prato a Firenze, dove ti ho raccolto. Altre cose da tenere a mente Il tempo di restituzione può variare e dipende dal gruppo, dal traffico e dai ritardi. Con gruppi più numerosi e traffico estivo torniamo alle 17:00. This is a friendly cooking experience. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home for a traditional meal with a local, where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing delicious homemade pasta: Sicilian (rigatoni or busiate), tortelli, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of homemade pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a cool time together to Cooking, eating, drinking, chatting, laughing, sharing stories, and particularly talk about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy.
