Con uno spazio abitativo estremamente ampio e un divano gigante, c'è posto per tutta la famiglia. Tutta la casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e dispone di elettrodomestici nuovi. La cucina, essendo completamente attrezzata, è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere le vacanze e le cene in famiglia. Ci sono 2 bagni completi, entrambi con docce nuove con piastrelle in gres porcellanato. Questa casa include uno spazio di lavoro e 1 GB di Internet ad alta velocità.

Scopri il fascino del sud al "The Landing". Situato su un terreno molto ampio con vista panoramica sull'acqua, circondato da maestose querce. Il molo privato con accesso all'acqua e una rampa pubblica per le barche nelle vicinanze la rendono una destinazione ideale per la pesca. Recenti lavori di ristrutturazione di gran parte della casa, tra cui bagni rinnovati, nuova verniciatura e pavimenti. Un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi sia all'interno che all'esterno, con un portico, una terrazza e un patio. Amerai le albe e i tramonti a "The Landing". Non sono ammessi animali domestici!

Il nostro paradiso sul lungomare si trova su un punto di Queens Creek con una vista a 180 gradi sull'estuario largo un quarto di miglio, appena a monte dell'Intracoastal Waterway e a 5 miglia dall'oceano. Abbiamo ristrutturato un cottage di pescatori del 1959, con 2 letti e 2 bagni, circondato da vetro e dotato di cucina e soggiorno con vista sull'acqua.

Waterfront Getaway with kayaks, jonboat, & fishing

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

Location is excellent! This upscale neighborhood is near everything, the military base, very close to the best restaurants Jacksonville has to offer! Plus not far from the beach too! This home has all amenities such as fireplace, dining/living room, jet tub in master bedroom, covered front porch with rocking chairs, bar area, full dining room &, private screened in back porch facing the peaceful woods, gas fire pit, gas grill, huge fenced in deck & enjoy private hottub overlooking the woods!

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches within 35 miles.
