Shopping centers, Costco, Walmart, Banks, restaurants are within a 2-mile radius. High-security, access cards, digital ID, and 24-hour CCTV. 9th Floor: Fully equipped gym and spa, yacuzzi, swimming pools. Direct Ocean View from the Balcony

Direct view to a beautiful beach, ocean and pool, on site tiki bar and new Italian restaurant, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment in Lauderdale by the Sea, short ride to Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas Blvd with lots of entertainment. Great public transportation in front of the building and free Sun Trolley,as long as you are standing along any of the Sun Trolley’s seven routes, just wave to the driver signaling that you would like to board.
