Incastonato tra altri due porti, Pt Bruce vanta una grande pesca al pesce persico. A soli 2 minuti di auto dal molo e dalla spiaggia, o a 15-20 minuti a piedi. Si trova a 18 minuti di auto dal Police College e a 15 minuti da Pt. Burwell o Pt. Stanley. Gli ospiti occupano l'intero piano principale, che include una cucina completa, un soggiorno, un ingresso privato e un'enorme terrazza. Accesso alla vasca idromassaggio. Gli host occupano il piano seminterrato, con una barriera tra i piani che potrebbe consentire al suono di propagarsi. È assolutamente VIETATO fumare marijuana all'interno della proprietà.

BENVENUTO allo Chalet Sunset. Abbiamo fatto dei lavori di ristrutturazione! Ammira e ascolta la natura davanti e dietro. Potresti avvistare i molti cervi, volpi e tacchini selvatici che frequentano questo quartiere tranquillo. Dalla cima della collina si gode una vista parziale sull'acqua e sul molo. Ascolta le barche da pesca che passano per entrare nel porto e scaricare il pescato (l'azione inizia intorno a mezzogiorno). Il porto è ricco di emozioni: goditi il teatro, la biblioteca pubblica, molte caffetterie, ristoranti, taverne e spiagge.

AC, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel gas stove/dishwasher/microwave, bright main-floor laundry room with washer/dryer, huge backyard with tiered deck, patio set, BBQ and firepit, plus a cozy finished basement and plenty of parking. All the comforts of home - bedding, towels, beach chairs, toys, games, baby stuff etc.
