Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Unique apartment in small village

The apartment is located in a house from 19th century, which used to be a mill. The apartment is renovated and really cosy to spent some peaceful time in. In front of the house is a little pond and a creek flows by. Outside, by the pond, is a little hut which can be used for outside dinning. Behind the house is a beautiful green forest with hiking trails. The house is located in a small village named Kamna Gorica, just 20 minutes by car to Lake Bled and 35 minutes to Ljubljana.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Enjoy a stay in fully equipped studio in a peaceful part of the centre of the town Kobarid. Apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. There are restaurants (close to Hiša Franko), bars, shops, sports agencies with equipment hiring, museum, just few steps away. Ideal location to reach Kanin ski resort. We also offer TAXI service. We can prepare breakfast in the apartment. The price is 15€/person/night. Please inform us, if you want it, when you make the reservation.
